If for any reason in the first 10 minutes, you or I do not feel we have a good connection, I will refund your money. Once the reading goes past 10 minutes there are no refunds.
If you are a no-show, there are no refunds.
If you give me 24 hours notice before your reading, I will reschedule the appointment for you 1 time.
If you appear under the influence of alcohol or drugs your appointment will be canceled and you will not receive a refund.
I will not record the reading, and I do not give you permission to record the reading.
